Questionnaires on Embodia - Managing questionnaires

As with most resources that are part of a consult, you can create a questionnaire just for your individual membership, or if you are the manager of a clinic with a clinic membership, you can create a questionnaire available for everyone in your clinic.

When given the option to create consult settings under your personal account or under the clinic account, we recommend using the "For the clinic account" option for the most flexibility.

To manage questionnaires, click on Questionnaires under the HEP tab in the top bar.
